Amazing location, helpful staff, great food, warm rooms, safe place to stay, beautiful scenery.

Nothing could have been better.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short 7-minute walk to the gondola station. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated all of our requests. The room was incredibly comfortable and cosy, with heated beds and heaters to keep us warm in the snowy surroundings. The view from our balcony was simply breathtaking, offering a picturesque mountain view. The hotel also provided excellent amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi. The dining experience was delightful, with a lovely buffet spread for both breakfast and dinner. We couldn't have asked for better service and hospitality during our stay.

We were delighted with the surprise room upgrade at Heevan Retreat. The Super Deluxe room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The room service provided by Latif, Harshad, and Sunawala was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel even arranged a special room decoration for our anniversary and birthday celebration, adding a personal touch to our stay. The in-house bakery prepared a delicious cake for us, making the occasion even more memorable. Additionally, Javed and Gulam Kadir gave us personal attention to make sure my birthday was truly special. The location of the hotel is perfect, with stunning views and close proximity to the Gondola cable car ticket counter. we had an amazing experience at Heevan Retreat and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Got complimentary Xmas decorations & the early check-in was awesome. Good location near cable car, 5 minutes walk. They have a nice coffee aroma in the lobby, breakfast had a good tea selection and fresh croissants.

Rooms were tiny, no space for luggage or to hang anything. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, woke up with a sore back.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, close to all the attractions and just a short walk to the gondola station. The cleanliness was also impressive, and we appreciated that the hotel facilities kept us warm during a snowy night. The breakfast had a great selection, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
